Thanks for scheduling a paintball reservation at Chasers Paintball. This letter answers our most frequently asked questions.

Please arrive 5 minutes before your reservation time and check in at the front desk with your waivers. If you are bringing in any of your own paintball guns, make sure to have them bagged and unloaded.

Chasers is located at 4075 Fox Valley Center Drive, Suite 8, in Aurora, 60504. 630-851-6930.

As a reminder, the paintball package is $20 per player, which includes BT-4 paintball gun rentals, goggles, neck-guards, and lemon-lime soda.

Pizzas can be ordered from Hollywood Soda Fountain at 630-499-0500. They are right next door to Chasers Paintball and our customers have given us good reviews of their food. If pizzas are being delivered, please have them arrive at the start of your party.

You may bring in your own food if you wish, to be eaten during your time slot. Food should be available at the beginning of the party, rather than near the end. This way, the players can eat during their safety briefing, to leave them with as much play time as possible.

Bags of 500 paintballs are for sale at $10 each.

We accept cash only the day of your party, no deposit required. Checks or credit cards are not accepted.

Our outdoor arena is covered with a triple nylon mesh and is very weather tolerable.  Light rain, and hot or cold weather is not an issue, as we blow the whistle every seven minutes and send players indoors. This makes sure that when players get hit out early in the game do not have to wait a long time before they are playing again.

After every game players are ushered indoors for a quick check of their equipment and to reset teams if they choose. They are back outside and playing after about 7 minutes rest.

Major snowfall or lightning, however, may cause us to reschedule your event.

Players should always wear long pants and no open toed shoes. A couple of layers of sweatshirts and snug fitting gloves are a good idea, even in warmer weather. The paint usually washes out with no visible marks, (our uniforms shirts are light blue and denim jeans and they come out of the wash fine), but light colored clothes could possibly stain.

Just in case, it is recommended to wear clothes that you wouldn't mind having marked.

Getting hit with a paintball feels similar to a rubber band snapping on your arm. Depending on distance fired from, clothing worn, and the individual, a paintball hit may cause a temporary red mark on the skin or even a small bruise, (though those are rare).

Please have all waivers filled out by all players (any players that are below 18 years of age need to have a guardian sign for them) and bring them with you the day of the party.

All times are reserved specifically for your party and your party host will have your equipment ready. For this reason, please call us if you need to cancel your reservation.

You can always call the paintball reservation line at 1-630-851-6930 with any questions.
